Italian Summer II

When one flies on the cheap to Italy they are allowed only a very small carry-on (believe me the cheapo airlines are sticklers about it) one can not afford the space to bring her first choice of photography equipment. So for this Italian vaca, I ended up bringing only my holga and yashica mat 124. both small and compact and also inexpensive (perfect for sand and sea atmospheres- where spendy camera gear is concerned) Another perk to these cameras is their inconspicuous nature/design, which allows me to take photos of locals without them even noticing. This really is our favorite vacation so far. (but we keep saying that about the very last place that we have visited, so we will see how long Italy will hold the title)
